Sailing practice in preparation for the Yacht Race.
Meeting 1-5pm at the marina, please be on time.
BE PREPARED
Dress for the weather
Bring your water bottle.
Suggest a carabiner to allow you to hand the bottle from a life line.
Deck shoes, either non marking or white sole are preferred.
Gloves to protect your hands from rope burns due to running rigging.
If you tend to get sea sick, take your medicine an hour before arriving.
WE WILL PRACTICE
Tacking, gybing, reefing, anchoring.
